The Corruption of Retribution

I was just outside drawing a tree because I wanted to draw something different then after some weird thoughts came into my head it became this. The meaning of it is the white person is humanity which is wishing or begging for power to get revenge, or feels he was wrongly dued so he ask the tree(represents darkness) for this and he gives it to him but all this comes at a price as he will find out in the end the lust for compensation of what they have lost will corrupt them and eventually lose themselves in the process. Thats kind of the skulls and the blank faces mean(lost souls that have made deals with the tree.
